I bought the full version but it isn't unlocked

Open Settings → Restore Purchase in the app.
Fully close the app and open it again.
Make sure you are signed in to the same store account you bought with.

If it still isn't unlocked, email us with roughly when you bought it.

New phone, or reinstalled the app

Your purchase comes with you. Sign in to the same store account and use Settings → Restore Purchase. Game statistics are stored only on the device, so they do not transfer.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its own refund policy.
