Privacy Policy — Ultimate Tic-Tac-Toe

This Privacy Policy explains how Trophy Games ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile application Ultimate Tic-Tac-Toe (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

The App is published by Trophy Games. Contact: sales@trophymed.com.

2. Summary

There is no account. We do not collect your name, email address, or contacts.
Your game statistics and progress are stored only on your device.
The App contains no advertising and no analytics.
The one thing that leaves your device is your purchase, if you buy the full version. That is handled by the app store and by RevenueCat, our purchase provider.

3. Information stored on your device only

The following is saved locally using on-device storage and is not sent to us or to anyone else:

Game statistics (wins, losses, draws, streaks, fastest and average times)
Daily Challenge progress, results, and adaptive-difficulty level
Your remaining free game for the day
Your theme preference (light / dark / system)
Your sound on/off preference
A local record of whether the full version is unlocked

This data is removed when you uninstall the App or clear the App's storage. We cannot see it, and it cannot be recovered by us.

4. Purchases

If you buy the full version, the payment itself is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or receive your payment card, billing address, or the identity of your store account.

We use RevenueCat, Inc. to check whether a purchase is active, so the App knows to unlock the paid features and so "Restore Purchase" works on a new device. For that purpose RevenueCat receives and stores:

A randomly generated, anonymous app user ID created on your device. It is not derived from your name, email, or store account.
Purchase and receipt information from the store — the product bought, when, the transaction and store identifiers, and the country of the store account.
Basic device and app information — platform, OS version, app version, device model, and the IP address the request came from.

RevenueCat processes this on our behalf as a service provider. It is not used for advertising and is not sold. See RevenueCat's privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy

If you never make a purchase, the App still contacts RevenueCat once on launch to ask whether this anonymous ID owns anything. The answer is "no" and the same device and IP information above is seen in the process.

5. What we do NOT do

No advertising, and no advertising identifier is read or transmitted.
No analytics, crash reporting, or usage tracking SDK.
No tracking across other companies' apps or websites.
No selling or sharing of personal information.
No location permission is requested, and no precise location is collected.

6. Children

The App is a general-audience game. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. It contains no advertising, no analytics, no chat and no online play, and it never asks for personal details.

If you believe a child under 13 has made a purchase whose records you want removed, contact us at sales@trophymed.com and we will ask RevenueCat to delete them.

7. Your rights and choices

Delete everything on your device: uninstall the App, or clear its storage in your device settings. This erases all statistics, progress and preferences.
Purchase records: to request deletion of the purchase data held by RevenueCat, email sales@trophymed.com with your platform and the approximate purchase date. Note that deleting it may prevent "Restore Purchase" from working afterwards, and that the store keeps its own record of the transaction independently of us.
Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their policies, not by us.
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK, or California) you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Contact us at the address above and we will respond within the period required by the applicable law.

8. Data retention

On-device data is kept until you delete it. Purchase records held via RevenueCat are kept for as long as the App is published and the purchase is restorable, unless you ask us to delete them.

9. International transfers

RevenueCat, Apple and Google operate globally and may process the information described above in the United States and other countries, which may have different data protection laws from your own.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
